Children Ministry

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Matt 19:14

At Scott City First United Methodist Church, we believe that children are a gift from God.  We provide a wide variety of opportunities for children to hear and learn the stories of the Bible.  Additionally, children are given the chance to apply these lessons in outreach, both locally and internationally.  Through these opportunities we pray that the foundation will be laid for a life of discipleship.
